1. Service Description
FiskerAI is a subscription-based AI knowledge assistant for owners and enthusiasts of the Fisker Karma. The service provides access to a curated knowledge base, an AI-powered chat interface, an error code database, a mechanics directory, a vehicle registry, classifieds, and a documentation library. It is operated by Except Integrated Sustainability BV (“Except BV”, “we”, “us”).
2. Important Disclaimers
AI responses may be inaccurate
FiskerAI uses artificial intelligence that can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or provide outdated information. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional mechanical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified mechanic before making any repairs or decisions affecting vehicle safety.
Information is provided for reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any repair procedures, diagnostic steps, or technical specifications.
We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from actions taken based on information provided by FiskerAI.
No cost estimates or price quotes are provided by the AI assistant.
3. Non-Affiliation
FiskerAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Fisker Inc., Fisker Automotive, Karma Automotive, or Wanxiang Group in any way. The names “Fisker”, “Fisker Karma”, and “Karma” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here solely for nominative purposes to identify the vehicles this service supports.
4. User Obligations
By using FiskerAI, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the service
- Redistribute, resell, or republish knowledge base content
- Use the service to generate competing products or datasets
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or retrieval systems
- Submit false, harmful, or illegal content
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to FiskerAI features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. Current pricing: €4/month or €43.20/year (10% annual discount).
If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Intellectual Property
The knowledge base is curated by Except BV and is protected by copyright. NHTSA recall documents and other government publications included in the knowledge base are public domain. Content you submit (e.g., vehicle registry entries or classified listings) remains your property; by submitting it you grant Except BV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content within the service.
7. Content Takedown
If you believe content on FiskerAI infringes your copyright, please contact legal@except.eco with a description of the work claimed, its location on the platform, and your contact details. We will respond within 10 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Except BV's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of FiskerAI is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Except BV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
